Course Description：This course discusses the diverse strategies employed in operations
management across various scenarios. It focuses on identifying and exploring effective solutions
for specific operational challenges. Over the past decades, operations management has
transformed into a multi-disciplinary field, integrating principles from different areas of
management. This course will cover both manufacturing and services operations, providing a
robust understanding of how to optimize processes and drive efficiency in a variety of contexts.
Course Objectives：To equip students with the knowledge of operations management through
the development of matching supply with demand in various realistic operational settings.
