介紹電子商務的基本組織架構,技術進展和網際網路的商機，並以課文講授、文獻閱讀和案例討論等實做來幫助瞭解，深入探討此具爆炸性發展速度的領域.
This course will examine the progress and potential impact of the Internet, World Wide Web, and other forms of telecommunications technology, on the creation and transformation of goods, organizations, industries, and society in general. Given the explosive rate of development in this area, our plan is to survey the field with the help of cases, lectures, readings and get hands-on experience through real-world projects. No prior technical experience is particularly necessary but they are
generally useful.
